Where we ship

We deliver worldwide with DHL Express, from our order-preparation facility to the address you provide at checkout.

Delivery charges

  • Italy: 9.99 EUR
  • European Union: 19.99 EUR
  • All other countries: 29.99 EUR

These charges apply to every order. We do not currently operate a free-shipping threshold, and no order qualifies for complimentary delivery.

The delivery charge applicable to your order is shown at checkout, before you confirm and pay.

Preparation time

Orders are prepared within 3 business days of the order being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Transit times

Once your order has been dispatched, indicative DHL Express transit times are:

  • Europe: 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination country
  • All other countries: 5 to 10 business days

These are carrier estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance, weather and carrier disruption can extend them.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a DHL tracking number once your order leaves us. If you have not received it within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at hello@georginabrandolini.com.

Duties and import taxes

Additional taxes and import duties may apply depending on your delivery country. Where they apply, they are payable by the recipient on delivery and are not included in the prices or delivery charges shown on this website.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; a further delivery charge may apply.

Your rights

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal that is separate from, and in addition to, this shipping policy.
