3. Applicable law
These terms and any separate agreements through which we provide you services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
4. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the European Union)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. Where several goods ordered in one order are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you acquire physical possession of the last item.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unambiguous statement — for example, an email to hello@georginabrandolini.com, or a letter sent to the postal address given in section 1. You may use the model withdrawal form in section 5 below, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.
Returning the goods
You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before that period has expired.
Goods must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging included.
Cost of returning the goods
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods when you withdraw because you have changed your mind. We bear the cost of return shipping in two cases: where the item is faulty or does not correspond to your order, and where you are exchanging an item for a different size.
Reimbursement
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard cost of delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.
You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

6. Delivery
We deliver worldwide with DHL Express.
- Italy: € 9.99
- European Union: € 19.99
- All other countries: € 29.99
These charges apply to every order: we do not currently operate a free-shipping threshold.
Dispatch: orders are prepared within 3 business days.
Transit times once dispatched: 2 to 5 business days within Europe, depending on the destination country; 5 to 10 business days for all other countries. These are indicative carrier times and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Duties and import taxes: additional taxes and import duties may apply depending on your delivery country. Where they apply, they are payable by the recipient and are not included in the prices shown on this website.
7. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency selected in the country selector and include applicable taxes where indicated at checkout. The total amount payable, including delivery charges, is shown before you confirm your order.
8. Legal guarantee of conformity
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of the goods provided by the law applicable to them. This guarantee applies independently of, and in addition to, any commercial return policy described on this website.
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@georginabrandolini.com. We aim to resolve every complaint directly and will acknowledge every message we receive.
The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform no longer exists. It was discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, which also repealed the obligation for online traders to display a link to it. Any website still linking to ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr is pointing to a service that has been switched off.
Alternative dispute resolution: GB Fashion Sàrl is a company established in Switzerland and is not a member of any certified alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body, and is not obliged to be. We are, however, willing to seek an amicable solution to any dispute.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union and we have not been able to resolve your complaint directly, the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) in your country of residence provides free advice and assistance on cross-border purchases, including purchases from traders established outside the EU: www.eccnet.eu.
If you are a consumer resident in Switzerland, you may contact the cantonal consumer conciliation authority of your place of residence.
