Where do you ship, and how much does delivery cost?
We deliver worldwide with DHL Express. Delivery is 9.99 EUR within Italy, 19.99 EUR within the European Union and 29.99 EUR to all other countries. The charge is shown at checkout before you confirm and pay.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 3 business days. Once dispatched, DHL Express transit is typically 2 to 5 business days in Europe and 5 to 10 business days elsewhere. You receive a DHL tracking number by email when your order leaves us.
Will I pay customs duties or import taxes?
For deliveries outside the European Union, duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so nothing further is due to the carrier on delivery. Orders delivered within Italy or the European Union are not subject to import duties.
Can I return an item?
Yes. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email hello@georginabrandolini.com to request a return, then send the goods back within 14 days in their original condition, with tags and packaging. We reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of being informed.
Who pays for return shipping?
You bear the cost of returning an item if you have changed your mind. We cover return shipping if the item is faulty, does not correspond to your order, or if you are exchanging it for a different size.
Can I exchange for another size?
Yes. Contact hello@georginabrandolini.com; we cover the return shipping for a size exchange.
How do your sizes run?
Dresses and tops come in S, M and L and are true to size with a body-skimming fit. For the fine-gauge sweaters, which are slightly slim, size up if you are between sizes. The size guide on our site gives the measurements for each size.
What are your pieces made of?
Every piece is knitted in our signature cashmere-silk blend, 70% cashmere and 30% silk, at a fine gauge. The silk gives the knit its luminosity, drape and strength; the cashmere its softness and warmth.
How should I care for my cashmere-silk piece?
Professional wet clean or hand wash in cold water with a cashmere-specific detergent. Do not tumble dry: reshape while damp and dry flat. Iron at low temperature, do not bleach. Never hang a cashmere-silk knit.
