Your legal right of withdrawal (European Union)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU.

The period runs from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. To exercise it, send us an unambiguous statement — an email to hello@georginabrandolini.com is sufficient. A model withdrawal form is available in our Legal notice and consumer information; using it is optional.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of being informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier.

How to return an item

  1. Contact us at hello@georginabrandolini.com and request a return.
  2. Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us you are withdrawing.
  3. Make sure the merchandise is in its original condition, tags and packaging included. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Who pays for return shipping

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods when you return an item because you have changed your mind.

We cover the cost of return shipping in two cases: if the item is faulty or does not correspond to your order, and if you are exchanging an item for a different size.

Legal guarantee of conformity

Independently of this policy, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the law applicable to you. Nothing in this policy limits that guarantee.
