These terms govern the contractual relationship between the online store georginabrandolini.com and the client, or the client (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) uses the services of the latter. They apply exclusively and appropriately to all orders placed on georginabrandolini.com.

CARD PAYMENT
The customer can pay for the items by credit card. All payment transactions are made in a secure area under the highest safety standards (https://stripe.com).
We use our payment partner, stripe.com, transmitted and encrypted payments completely securely. Moreover, georginabrandolini.com does not keep any information about your payment. The transaction is debited from the customer’s credit card at the time of placement of the order once the information on the verified credit card, authorization withdrawal by the company that issued the card credit used by the customer and issued the order confirmed by georginabrandolini.com.
georginabrandolini.com delivers worldwide with DHL Express. Shipping costs are 19€ for the European Union, 29€ for all other countries.
For European countries, delivery takes 2 to 5 days, depending on the destination country; and for other countries delivery takes 5 to 10 days
Any claims for damages due to delayed delivery are excluded.
The customer has the option to return unworn items within 14 days.
The return period extends from the date of receipt of the items by the recipient. Beyond that date, georginabrandolini.com the right to accept or not a return.
Return costs are borne by the Customer.
Items must, without exception, be new, not having been worn or washed, be intact and in their original condition with their labels. Otherwise, “georginabrandolini.com” reserves the right not to accept returned items.
Returns must be requested in an email to “hello@georginabrandolini.com,” indicating the order number and the date or reference (s) of the items being returned.
If all the conditions described above are satisfied, the order will be refunded via the same payment method that was used by the Customer when he placed the order.
Retention of title
The items ordered remain until full payment, the property of georginabrandolini.com. The group may, in case of default and even if the items have already been delivered, have them return to their original state. georginabrandolini.com reserves the right to possible prosecution for damages.
